AI WORKFLOW TRAINING / TAILOR-MADE, NOT A COURSE

AI Workflow Corporate Training — built around your business, not a slide deck.

For a single team, a department, or the whole company — 3 people or 50+. We start with an honest look at the tools and workflows you already have, then teach against your own documents and repetitive tasks. The goal isn't a certificate; it's a team that can spot where AI actually helps, and a plain roadmap for what to do next.

CHAPTER01FORMATS

Scoped to who's in the room.

i

Team

3–15 PEOPLE

One team, one real problem. Marketing, ops, finance, or customer service — we work through the tasks that eat their week and leave with a shortlist of tools they'll actually keep using.

ii

Department

15–30 PEOPLE

Cross-functional, built around one shared workflow — say, how a quote moves from sales to finance. The session ends with an agreed point where AI gets wired into that process, not just used ad hoc by whoever remembers.

iii

Company-wide

30–50+ PEOPLE

A shared baseline across the business, usually split into a few smaller cohorts so it stays hands-on, paired with a short closed-door briefing for leadership on where to invest next.

CHAPTER02WHAT HAPPENS

What actually happens in the room.

HOW IT RUNS

Remote is the default — not the fallback.

Screen-share, live prompts, real documents — everything that matters already happens on-screen, so most sessions run online and get straight to it, often covering more ground in less time. Face-to-face is available whenever it genuinely helps — it's an option, not the default.

i

Hands-on, using your own work

LiveHands-onTool-agnostic

Not a lecture. We open with a short, honest audit of the tools and workflows your team already has, then build the session around your real documents, spreadsheets and repetitive tasks — so what people learn on the day is what they'll still be using next month.

What you get

  • A short pre-session audit of the tools and workflows your team already uses, so we teach against reality, not theory
  • A live, hands-on session using your team's own documents and repetitive tasks as the working examples
  • A written AI-tool shortlist scoped to your budget and data-sensitivity, with a plain "worth it / not worth it" verdict for each
  • A one-page adoption roadmap your team can run without us

Delivery

/ / THE MATHS

We only teach tools and habits with a specific, provable time saving attached — so the honest way to think about the fee is against the hours it gets back, not as a cost on its own. Where the case is strong, the training doubles as the first step of an AI & Automation engagement, and the fee is credited toward that build.

CHAPTER03FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Questions we get a lot.

Is this generic AI training, or actually tailor-made?

Tailor-made. Before we teach anything, we look at what your team already uses and how work actually moves — then build the session around your own documents, spreadsheets and repetitive tasks. We don't run the same deck for two different companies.

What size groups do you run?

Anywhere from a 3-person team to a 50+-person company-wide rollout. Larger groups are usually split into smaller cohorts so every session stays hands-on, with a short leadership briefing added at the end.

Will this actually pay for itself?

We only teach tools and workflow changes with a specific, provable time saving attached, so the honest way to look at the fee is against the hours it gets back. If a build follows, the training fee is credited toward the AI & Automation engagement.

Do you just teach ChatGPT, or is there more to it?

More. We teach tool-agnostic judgment — how to evaluate and choose the right AI tool for a task, how to write prompts that actually work, and how to wire AI into an existing workflow instead of leaving it as something people use "on the side."

What happens after the training ends?

You get a one-page adoption roadmap your team can run on its own. If you'd rather we help build it out, the natural next step is our AI & Automation practice, or a 2-week audit if you want a written plan first.

CHAPTER04YOUR TRAINERS

Taught by people worth listening to.

Every trainer we put in front of your team clears two bars, not one: deep enough in the subject to be trusted, and sharp enough in the room to actually land it.

i

University-calibre

ACADEMIC TRACK

Some sessions are led by IT lecturers from universities — the same rigour they use to train the next generation of engineers, brought straight into your boardroom, minus the semester-long detour.

ii

Battle-tested

PRACTITIONER TRACK

Other sessions are led by AccordHK's own senior engineers — the same people who ship production AI systems for paying clients, standing in front of your team instead of behind a screen for the day.
