# US Market Research: iOS Users Download an Average of 30 Apps a Year

US iOS users download an average of 30 apps a year and spend around US$40 on paid downloads. Gaming accounts for US$27 of that spending, while Netflix's subscription revenue through iOS devices rose from US$7.9 million in Q4 2015 to over US$58 million in Q4 2016.
