# How Much Do You Know About Technology Vouchers?

It must also meet the government's definition of an [SME](<http://mobiledeve­loperhk.co­m>): a manufacturing enterprise employing fewer than 100 people in Hong Kong, or a non-manufacturing enterprise employing fewer than 50 people in Hong Kong.

**How funding is disbursed**  

Upon successful application, up to two-thirds of the funding will be disbursed. The remaining funding will be disbursed after the enterprise logs in to the funding website and submits the relevant proof of completion within 2 months of completing the project.

**Documents required to demonstrate project completion**  

A final project report confirming that the project has been completed and containing a summary of project expenditure and the project outcomes;  

Project [outcome evidence](<http://appscompan­yhongkong.­com>) (such as consultancy reports, delivery receipts and photographs);  

Originals or copies of payment receipts for each expenditure item, certified by the applicant enterprise. The payer's name on each receipt must match the name of the applicant enterprise;  

If the approved funding exceeds HK$50,000, an audited statement of project expenditure prepared by an independent auditor must be submitted to the Innovation and Technology Commission;  

If the approved funding is HK$50,000 or less, the applicant enterprise must submit a final expenditure statement and declare that it is accurate and that all expenditure complies with the requirements set out in the funding agreement. The Innovation and Technology Commission reserves the right to conduct a detailed review of the final expenditure statement.
